Terms and Conditions – 88bet: General Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 88bet ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering, or using any service available at https://88bet-khelo.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all provisions set out herein.

Accepting these Terms is a mandatory condition for using any feature of the platform — including Sports Betting, casino games, crash games, jackpot, deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions. 2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Account Use

The account at 88bet is strictly personal and non-transferable. The User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — email and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out on their account, whether or not authorized by them.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount via Pix is R$ 30.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts whose holder matches the registered account holder on 88bet, identified by the same CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Large withdrawals are subject to an additional security review and may take up to 72 hours to be processed. The 88bet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made through the platform, except where the User's financial institution applies its own charges.

The account balance does not earn interest or monetary adjustment. The 88bet reserves the right to hold withdrawals for compliance review in cases of unusual activity or suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

The 88bet offers promotions and bonuses for new and returning users. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms of each offer, which must be read in full before opting in.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses on the platform:

• Rollover (wagering requirement): Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The multiplier varies by promotion and is specified in the individual offer's terms;
• Contribution by game type: Not all games contribute equally toward the rollover. Promotion abuse — including creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or betting on both sides of the same event — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

6. Sports Betting

The 88bet offers betting markets on sporting events worldwide, with a strong focus on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores —, volleyball, basketball via NBB, MMA/UFC, and e-sports. Bets are accepted subject to the following conditions:

• Bets are only accepted while markets are open. Once a market closes — typically at the start of the event — no further bets will be accepted;
• The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that apply. Odds changes after confirmation do not affect bets already placed;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are refunded to the available account balance, unless the specific market's terms state otherwise;
• Live betting is subject to broadcast delays. The 88bet is not responsible for bets placed based on information obtained from delayed broadcasts;
• The platform reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any User without the need for justification.

Obvious odds errors — such as prices clearly incorrect relative to the market — may be corrected by the 88bet before or after the event is settled. Bets placed with erroneous odds may be cancelled and the amount refunded to the User.

9. Account Closure

The 88bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account, at any time and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
